1. Do I need to be home when you come provide lawn care services?
No. We can complete your lawn care service appointment with or without you being present.

2. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, most major credit cards, CashApp, Venmo, & ACH. We can also set you up with a credit card on file that will invoice and bill you once service is completed.

3. Are you properly insured?
Yes. We have a commercial insurance policy that protects both you, the customer, and our company. A COI is available upon request.
4. Do you secure gates upon leaving the property?
Yes. Any gates we are able to secure, will be closed and secured to the best of our ability prior to us leaving.

5. What are some things I need to do before you arrive?
Please make sure all water hoses, trash, and other things in the grass are picked up and moved prior to our arrival. Please make sure to turn off all sprinkler/aerobic systems the day of our arrival. Please secure all pets indoors while our crew is on site working.

6. Can I be put on a regular schedule?​
Yes, absolutely. This is actually preferred. This makes the service on both the customer and our company so much more consistent. In the spring & summer months, due to how busy it gets, a schedule is required to secure our services.

7. Do you offer both residential and commercial services?
Yes. We service both residential and commercial clients.

8. What is included in basic lawn care service?
Basic lawn care service includes mowing, trimming (weed eating), edging, and blowing off the driveways, sidewalks, patios, and other hard surfaces at ground level.

9. Do you offer one time services and overgrowth clean up?
Yes. We do offer one time service and overgrowth clean up. There is usually an upcharge when dealing with overgrown lawns and properties, as it takes more time.
